We focus on the home search and all that goes with it so you can focus on your new career. Whether you are looking to buy, to rent or aren’t quite sure yet, we will help you get there!

Why We Created the Program

We know that many residents, fellows and faculty doctors such as yourself come to Seattle area hospitals and clinics every year. You need a place to live, and we feel that with our experience in the urban areas of Seattle, we would be of great value to you in your home search. Whether you are looking for a condo, townhome, house or rental, we have Seattle covered!

What spurred our interest in helping doctors in particular was a personal experience we had. Marco’s brother-in-law moved to the Northwest to begin his career as a doctor.  When he accepted his position, the first people he called was us. He needed help figuring out which neighborhoods would work best and  how the financing and purchase process worked. We were able to help him, his wife, and their newborn find a home while they were still living across the country. We were shocked to learn that he did not get any Realtor recommendations from the hospital, so if he had not known us, he would not have known where to turn, which is what spurred us to take action. And Urban Rounds was created!
